How do I get my equipment?

You can place your order by sending us a copy of the entitlement letter from your funding body. See Place Your Order.

How long will I have to wait for my delivery?

Once you have placed your order we will contact you via post or email within 2 working days with an order confirmation letter and equipment list. When you receive your letter please check the equipment list then call us to confirm the order details and arrange a date for delivery. From the date you contact us to confirm your order details we will give you a date for delivery within 10 working days.

Where can I get my equipment delivered to?

You can get your equipment delivered to whichever address you call home whilst at university or college. This can be student accomodation, parents home or private lodging.

My equipment isn't working, what do I do?

Insurance and Warranty; who do I contact?

Please contact our technical team regarding warranty issues. If you have an insurance query please Contact Us and we will take some details and direct you to your insurance provider

How do I book my training sessions

Please Contact Us to arrange a convenient date and time for us to provide you with training on your DSA equipment and software.

Can I upgrade my equipment?

It is possible to upgrade your equipment, as long as you are not changing the original intent. Any additional cost to upgrading will have to be met by you before delivery can be made.

Do I get to keep the equipment when I complete my course?

Yes, you are able to keep the reccommended equipment unless it was supplied on a loan agreement for a specific period of time.
